ZETA Points are a way to track your progress as a tester at ZetaLabs, whether it be the number of new members you invite, the weekly transactions you make, or the bugs you find and report.

You can earn ZETA Points by completing transactions and inviting others to ZetaLabs. Points are tied to an address and Twitter account.

Here are your goals:

5000 points - Invite a new member with your unique invitation code

7000 points - For each weekly transaction (maximum 1 per week)

1750 points - For every weekly transaction per person you referred

10,000+ Points - Finding issues and reporting them on our Discord will earn you points based on the severity of the issue!

The number of ZETA Points you can earn is technically unlimited, but there are some limits on how much you can earn for certain activities. For example, for your own transactions using the Exchange app, the points you can earn are limited to 7,000 points per week (maximum 1 transaction per week). You must verify your Twitter account and connected wallet to earn ZETA points.

ZETA Points are used to track your progress as a tester and member of the ZetaChain network. They have no monetary value.

You can disconnect and connect any wallet to send transactions! Make sure you have verified your Twitter account and connected wallet to receive ZETA Points.

Troubleshooting

If your transaction is not going through, there may be network delays or you have encountered an error! Please report any issues you find at #👌| support team channel in our Discord.

You can report bugs and leave feedback via Intercom in the app and Discord #👌| support channel. You can earn more than 10,000 ZETA points by reporting a bug to us, the amount depends on the severity of the issue. This is the fastest way to earn as many ZETA points as possible!

The testnet will be periodically updated and stress tested as it is under active development. If the network is down, transactions may not go through successfully. During these periods, it will not be possible to earn points based on transactions. However, you can still earn points for non-transactional activities, such as inviting other testers to ZetaLabs.
